Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Champagne
- 1/2 cup Watermelon puree
- A splash of lime
Method
- Take watermelon skin off, remove seeds and cut it into chunks
- Puree the watermelon in a food processor or blender
- Add 1/2 cup watermelon puree to a wine glass
- Add a squeeze of lime
- Top with champagne (something not too sweet)
- Let the bubbly settle and top it off again
Orange Summer Crush (108 calories)
Ingredients
- Fresh-Squeezed Orange Juice
- Vodka
- Triple Sec
- Sparkling water
- Ice Cubes
Method
- Add the ice cubes, orange juice, vodka, and orange liqueur to a cocktail shaker
- Shake well Pour into individual glasses, top with sparkling water
Blue-eyed Baby (117 calories)
Ingredients
- ½ cup blueberry juice
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. fine sugar (more to taste)
- ¼ cup champagne
- 1 cup ice cubes
- A few blueberries for decoration
Method
- Add blueberry juice, lime juice and sugar, mix well
- In a glass fill it up to the top with ice cubes and pour blueberry juice mixture over the top
- Add champagne and a few blueberries
