Planning ahead and preparing positive practices can have a multitude of good effects on our mind, body and soul. It helps us stay motivated, on-track and in love with life!
Remember… Our energy goes where our attention flows!
If we plan to focus on positive things in our lives, or things that make us feel good, then only one thing can happen - an abundance of happiness!
The best thing about this is that everyone’s practises will be unique to them because we’re going to create it for ourselves. Think about the things that motivate and inspire you.
For instance, you might find inspiration through:
- Motivational books
- Watching YouTube videos or movies
- Engaging in prayer
- Writing in a gratitude journal
- Scrolling inspirational quotes on Pinterest
- Sitting quietly in nature
- Saying affirmations or performing random acts of kindness
- And the list goes on…
Make some time each day in your schedule to do the things that best align and create positivity and happiness in your days. These don’t have to belong practices, even a couple of minutes will help. Creating a blend of things that works for you and engaging in it WITH INTENTION will go a long way toward helping to create new healthy habits filled with positivity, which we all need more of!
