HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Good question! We offer free shipping on all orders over $80 - this includes worldwide orders. For domestic orders under $80, we charge a flat rate of $7.95 and $9.95 for express post orders.
We also ship internationally for a flat rate of $15.95.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY ITEM?
If you are eligible for free shipping or are paying flat rate shipping, you can expect your order to be delivered 1-7 business days for domestic Australian orders - this is just a guide as provided by our courier companies. Please allow extra time during sale periods & COVID.
Express shipping via Australia Post is no longer next day delivery due to COVID but it is still the quickest way to get your item.
International orders take a little longer. You can expect your order 10-20 business days but this could take longer due to COVID & your location.
WHAT COURIER COMPANIES DO YOU USE?
We use Sendle for all Australian domestic orders & Australia post for express post & international orders.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM GETS LOST?
We are not responsible for any items lost by our couriers. If an item is found to be lost, we will launch an investigation to see if they can locate your order. We are unable to issue you a refund.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Of course. Orders can only be cancelled if it has not been processed. Cancelled orders will be issued a refund. If you wish to cancel only one item out of your order and have the rest shipped, a refund will be granted for the cost of that item.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information via Sendle or Elka Swim.
WHEN WILL I GET MY PRE-ORDER ITEMS?
All pre-sale items will be shipped 1-7 business days from the date stated on the website under the item you have bought. If you have any questions you can email us anytime at email@example.com
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES
We sure do! You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means your item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, have no make-up or fake tan, have all original tags still attached & be in original packaging
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). This will be done within 7 business days.
If you are exchanging an item, we will notify you if we don't have your new item in stock & will issue you a full refund of the item, if it is in stock we will ship it to you free of charge.
Your item needs to have the return/ exchange form with it when sent back.
