If upon receiving your Elka it does not meet your sizing expectations or make you feel confident, comfortable and good about yourself please, contact us within 3 days of receiving your Elka (this includes the weekend) to discuss a refund (which if approved) must be posted within the week of approval. This includes international orders.
PLEASE NOTE: You have 7 days (21 days for international) in TOTAL (including the weekend), to contact us for approval, get approval & post it back to our head office. Postage is at your own cost & must include a tracking number.
Once we have received your bikini and inspected it to ensure items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, have no make-up or fake tan and still have all original tags still attached then we will notify you & issue a refund within 7 business days.
If one receiving your bikini, we notice it has been worn, washed, damaged, used, has make-up or fake tan and doesn’t have all original tags still attached, your bikini will be returned in the post.

Elka Swim does FREE return shipping in Australia (ONLY) on orders over $100 (this does not include being purchased with a promo code).
- All returns must abid by the above & must be returned in the Elka Swim bikini garment bag that it came in
- Refunds will be issued within 7 business days
- Elka Swim checks & hand packs each individual bikini in Australia before being sent out and therefore does not offer refunds on faulty bikinis
- Items purchased on sale or won in a competition cannot be returned for store credit or cash, sale items also include any items purchased with a promotional discount code.

- Orders can only be cancelled if it has not been processed. Cancelled orders will be issued store credit. If you wish to cancel only one item out of your order and have the rest shipped, store credit will be granted for the cost of that item.
