International Shipping

All international orders are sent with Australia Post
International orders will arrive in 10 Business days from receiving confirmed payment.

Please note:

We are not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is asked at the checkout point. You as a customer are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.
We are not responsible for any items lost by our couriers. If an item is found to be lost, we will launch an investigation to see if they can locate your order. We are unable to issue you a refund.
All unclaimed / un-deliverable parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customer's own expense.

Shipping overseas:

Elka Swim is not liable for customs clearance fees that are required by your country, we also are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs.
Elka Swim is also not responsible if you are not notified by your country's postal authority.
To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "Merchandise".
We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "Gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $25 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.

All orders will receive an email with tracking information via Sendle or Elka Swim once your order has been collected from the Elka Swim HQ.
